		FINISHING TREATMENT. Products from " fucina artistica boranga"are supplied with anti-rust system made according with the following procedure: SANDBALSTING: The irony material is cleaned from rust and working residuals through the sandbalsting (grade Sa 2,5 ÷ 3), until the surface gets a even “white metal” color. METALLIZATION WITH ZINC The products previously treated are coated with an average thickness of 60 ÷ 80 micron of zinc. It's a thread of zinc absolutely pure 99,995% min, according with what previewed by european law EN 1179-Z1. PAINTING Then the zinced surfaces are coated by spray-painting (average thickness of 30 micron per coating), with high quality resin based paints in water dispersion, pigmentd by atoxic and light-solid paints.The full painting operation is composed of one layer of primer and 2 layers of finishing painting.
